Erik Richard Morin has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and valuation industry, and was the Founder & CEO of Landmark Network, a leading appraisal management and technology company acquired by Class Valuation in 2018. Prior to the acquisition Landmark earned its place on the Inc 5000 four times. Erik served as COO of Specialty Teams for Class Valuation until he sold his partnership interest in 2021 and launched a consulting practice, E.R. Morin Strategies, Inc. where he is an active investor and advisor for leading mortgage lenders. NMP Magazine named Morin a Mortgage Professional to Watch and HousingWire named him a Rising Star. He has served in numerous leadership roles with industry trade associations including the MBA, National Appraisal Congress and NRMLA as well the boards of national non-profits.
Erik is currently the President of Kinekti Technologies, a mortgage technology company and he serves as a Board Member and corporate leader for Atlas VMS, a national appraisal management company.
Anneta Pope takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development and execution as EVP of Strategy where she consults on multiple mortgage technology projects. Anneta had served as COO for Bradford Technologies where she managed sales operations for a leading SaaS platform in residential property valuation. Her lengthy career in financial services has included roles as Executive Vice President at Boston National, an InCenter company, VP of Sales for Premier Reverse Closings, VP of Business Development at both Finance of America Reverse, a Blackstone Company and Generation Mortgage, a Guggenheim Partners Company. She also served as the Director of Correspondent Banking at the third largest global money remittance company, Sigue Corporation.
